GENERAL INJECTABLES | Wrinkle Reducing & Relaxing & Volumising Treatments

1. Appointments must be made for all treatments. Appointments may not be available on a specific day or time as requested by a client. The next available appointment will be provided. 

1. (a) No Credit Card confirmation. No Appointment Policy is applied.

2. Clients must pay for each treatment after their appointment/treatment. There is no limit on the number of treatments that can be purchased, however, payment must be made in full and the terms of our cancellations continue to apply.
3. Number of units or mls provided to clients may vary. Hence, results may vary from client to client. Ongoing Maintenance Treatment Plans may be required to achieve desired results. 

(a) Ongoing or Maintenance Plans are available and can be discussed with the team at Alpha Cosmetic Clinic.  Additionally, if the desired result has not been achieved then additional units or mls may need to be injected / required at the expense of the client. Alpha Cosmetic Clinic or the Injector are not liable for any treatments nor does the clinic or the injector provide provisions for refunds.

4. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or special including but not limited to, any third-party promotions, offers or specials offered by third parties.
5. Pre-Paid or Pre-Purchased Gift Vouchers for a specific dollar amount is available and there is no limit to how much dollar value can be pre-paid or purchased. However, there is a time limit / expiration time of one year. All pre-paid or pre-purchased treatments must be used with one year from the purchased date. Such treatment is non-transferable. Bookings for pre-paid / pre-purchased treatments may not be available at all times of the day or the days requested by the client.

6. Campaigns, Specials or Offers end or extended at the discretion of the clinic and available for a limited time only.

7. Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following an assessment as part of the consultation with one of our injectors. Consent forms are also required to be completed as well as, a medical (history) information form prior to receiving any injectable treatment. You agree to take responsibility for your disclosure, and for any failure by you, to disclose any relevant information. 

(i) In line with the recent AHPRA procedural changes, as of 1 July 2023, all clients as part of the consultation process and prior to, their injectable treatment must undergo a Body Dysmorphia assessment. This assessment is then determined by the Injector as to the client's 'view' in relation to the way they view their appearance. (For further information please refer to the 'We Care' page on this website)

8. Only the 15-minute consultations are complimentary, a consultation of 30 minutes or longer will attract a fee of $100 in accordance with the cosmetic injections pricing schedule. Unless treatment is administered, it is at the expense of the client. 

9. For legal reasons, the product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact our injector at our clinic for details.

10. Products pre-purchased can only be used in one appointment. Pre-purchases cannot be split over appointments or between clients, friends, or family members.

11. New clients will be required to complete a consent form and disclose any relevant medical information before receiving treatment. You agree to take responsibility for your disclosure, and for any failure by you, to disclose any relevant information.

12. Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours’ notice will be charged a ‘no show’ fee of $100.

13. Images / Photos:  All information, images, or videos presented on the website or social media platforms do not guarantee that your results will be the same and do not guarantee a particular outcome. Results, recovery and unlikely potential complications will vary for each individual client. Images taken of clients (before, after treatment & post treatment review (2-3 weeks)) in clinic during or post the consultation are for clinic & file use only.

TERMS & CONDITION | WRINKLE REDUCING / RELAXING TREATMENTS

Wrinkle Reducing & Relaxing treatments (injections) are primarily used for the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles. The most common injections treat frown lines between the eyebrows, decrease forehead lines, reduce crow’s feet & dimpling on chin & treating masseters.

The effects of the wrinkle reducing treatments usually take approximately 14-21 days and sometimes may take up to four (4) weeks for peak treatment results. With the duration of the treatment lasting approximately three (3) months. The results and longevity of the wrinkle reducing treatments varies from client to client; depending on the dose administered, treated areas & the individual patient differences. Treatments are not guaranteed, nor are “desired” results. 

We encourage clients to return between the 2-3 weeks post treatment for a Review of the results and post treatment photos will be taken for clinic historical reference. Anytime, before that period will not provide a ‘true’ indication of the results.  If any additional treatment is required, it will be at the client’s expense. Alpha Cosmetic Clinic or the injector are not liable for any treatments nor does the clinic or the injector provide provisions for refunds.
 

All clients are encouraged to seek medical clearance prior to any cosmetic injectable treatment from a medical practitioner. Any dental work/s is to be conducted, or vaccinations administered either two (2) weeks prior to, or two weeks (2) after any cosmetic injectable treatment is conducted.

Furthermore, during a consultation process or before any cosmetic injectable treatment is administered the injector will discuss the risks and side effects of the proposed treatment, do an assessment of your beauty goals and how you see yourself (image),  provide an estimate cost of the treatment, outline the aftercare requirements and take “before” photos/images for historical reference which will remain the property of Alpha Cosmetic Clinic and will not be shared publicly or on any social media site/s. And, only once the client completes, agrees to and signs the information outlined above and understands and agrees to follow the aftercare procedures will treatment be administered.
 

We’re confident in our services and the results speak for themselves, but it’s important you’re aware of the potential side effects.  Many of these disappear within a few hours. None should last more than a few days. It's one of the advantages of having a team of highly trained injectors is that we’re able to recognise complications if they occur. TERMS & CONDITIONS | VOLUMISING WRINKLE REDUCING TREATMENTS

Volumising & Wrinkle (HA) treatments are sterile gels that are made of Hyaluronic Acid that are injected into the skin. They are designed to add volume, contour, lift and add symmetry to your face. While popular with clients who want to plump lips, enhance the cheek bones, or sculpt the chin and jawline such treatments can also be used to correct fine lines, smooth deep creases, and hydrate the skin. Other corrective facial treatments include restore volume loss for your cheeks, temples, tear troughs and hands as well as, non-surgical rhinoplasty (noses – only performed by a doctor).  

With instantly visible results, the treatment needs approximately 3-4 weeks to settle (for any bruising or redness to subside). The product lasts anywhere between 6 to 12 months.
 

The results and longevity of these treatment varies from client to client; depending on the dose administered, treated areas, type of HA product administered and the individual patient differences. We encourage clients to return at the 4-week mark post treatment for a Review of the results. Anytime, before that period will not provide a ‘true’ indication of the results. If any additional treatment is required, it is at the client’s expense. 

Alpha Cosmetic Clinic or the injector are not liable for any treatments nor does the clinic or the injector provide provisions for refunds.

Once clearance is given by the medical practitioner, an appointment will be made with the injector where an initial consultation will be conducted. Part of the consultation the client is required to complete a set of consent forms including medical history information.  Please note any dental work/s is to be conducted, or vaccinations administered either two (2) weeks prior to, or two weeks (2) after any cosmetic injectable treatment is conducted.

Additionally, if the desired result has not been achieved then additional treatments may be required at the expense of the client. Alpha Cosmetic Clinic or its staff are not liable for any treatments nor does the clinic or its staff provide provisions for refunds.

12. Any fat cavitation or skin tightening treatment / procedure is not a treatment for obesity. As with any treatment, ask your physician if fat cavitation or skin tightening treatments is right for you. A consultation is required before a treatment, to deem whether you are medically fit and or suitable for the treatment. The consultation is with our Skin Specialist.

13. Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours’ notice will be charged a ‘no show’ fee of $100.

14. Client’s must inform Alpha Cosmetic Clinic of their skin concerns prior to commencing all treatments and a consent form must be signed. And must follow all at home protocols recommended by the Skin Specialist. This may include post treatment skincare and dietary guidelines.

15. Images of Client ‘Before & After’ have been approved by, and consented to, by the respective client to Alpha Cosmetic Clinic for use on this website, social media platforms and print materials belonging to Alpha Cosmetic Clinic. Re-production (of any form) including and not limited to copies, sharing or posting of them by anyone, or third parties is prohibited. 

 Terms & Conditions  | Skin & Body Treatments | Happy Hour Pricing / Offer

1. In addition to the T&Cs outlined above (Terms & Conditions - General Skin & Body Treatments). All treatments with the Happy Hour price are available only on day/s specified by the clinic.

2. Appointments must be made for all Happy Hour treatments. All appointments are subject to availability. 

3. Discounted prices reflect the price of one (1) single treatment.

4. Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, including but not limited to the treatment offer, and discounts offered by third parties.

5. There is no limit on the number of treatments that can be purchased, however, payment must be made in full and the terms of our Cancellations and Refunds policy continue to apply.

6. Alpha Cosmetic Clinic. Alpha Cosmetic Clinic do not provide provisions for refunds.

Terms & Conditions  | Gift Cards / Vouchers

1. These conditions apply to use of the Alpha Cosmetic Clinic Gift Card purchased only from Alpha Cosmetic Clinic.

2. Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept these conditions.

3. Alpha Cosmetic Clinic may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gifts cards to any person at any time for any reason.

4. If you let another person use your gift card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. The law of the state in which the gift card is purchased applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement, you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state where the gift card is purchased.

5. The gift card may only be used to purchase goods or services at Alpha Cosmetic Clinic from which the gift card was purchased.

6. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

7. Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases so your gift card should be kept secure. If your gift card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to us. We may be able to stop gift card value being used but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you because of a lost or stolen gift card.

8. We may replace a faulty, lost, or stolen gift card in our absolute discretion. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered, or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.

9. We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains the property of Alpha Cosmetic Clinic.

10. THE GIFT CARD WILL EXPIRE IN 12 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.

11. Gifts cards are valid for 12 months from the Date of Issue. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Alpha Cosmetic Clinic. Alpha Cosmetic Clinic do not provide provisions for refunds.
